By accessing, registering for, or using the 254 platform via 254.run or any associated application, you legally and irrevocably agree to comply fully with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the 254 platform, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing the content or services provided. This platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above who are based in Malaysia.
254 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To access the full range of services on the 254 platform, users are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate registrations or the use of false identities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension without warning. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 254 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
254 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are prohibited on this platform:
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of account balances, and legal action where necessary.
All transactions on the 254 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and are their own personal funds.
Deposits can be made via payment methods approved by 254 and listed in the platform's payment section. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
Withdrawals from a 254 account are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method under the same registered user's name. 254 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal request.
Any transactions suspected of fraud will be investigated, and the account in question may be suspended during the investigation. 254 is not liable for any payment delays caused by factors beyond our control, including delays from payment processors.
The 254 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. 254's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
All content on the 254 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 254 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without written permission from 254. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
The 254 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided solely for user convenience. 254 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
254 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these terms, or any conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other users. In the event of a suspension, the account balance may be frozen until the investigation is concluded. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 254 support team. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and there are no outstanding claims.
254 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any disputes relating to the 254 platform.
